Check out the Q&A below to learn more about Josh as he begins his new role!

How did you come across the equipment leasing industry?

"I was a recovering attorney running a global channels team and had recently welcomed my second child to the world. Traveling internationally was becoming a lot with two little ones and not having family in Minnesota to help out. At the same time, a recruiter approached me about building out a business development team for a Financial Services/Leasing company. After meeting with the team, seeing the unique nature of the business, and the community of that company, it was a no-brainer."

What are you most excited about in this new role?

"Vantage is a unique company, it has the entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility that will allow it to grow and continue to provide unique financing solutions to customers of all shapes, sizes and industries. Additionally, I love to mentor people and watch them grow. I am really looking forward to helping my colleagues identify their dreams, hopes, aspirations, and watching as those become a reality."

Is there a career achievement that you are most proud of?

"I set a few records when I was a rep – quickest to $100 Million, best first year from a new account/deal standpoint, and largest deal/year ever – however the proudest career accomplishment is that most of my clients and business partners are also friends."

What is something we wouldn't know about you from your LinkedIn profile?

"I am a sports and food junkie. We will travel all over for good food and I will play just about any sport. Current favorites are sand volleyball, wake surfing, pickleball and hoops."
