We are a national, independent leasing company that takes pride in our service, flexibility, and long-term relationships we form with our clients and partners. We work closely with our clients to offer cost-effective, customized leasing solutions for technology equipment, software and services. 


Vantage was founded in 2011 by two industry veterans, Bob Murphy and Bill Foudray. They have over 40 years of combined equipment finance industry experience and wanted to help our clients grow and succeed by better managing their technology equipment.


By taking a long term relationship approach to client and partner relationships, Vantage believes that helping our clients succeed is the best way to build extremely loyal relationships. This is our founding principle and remains the heart and soul of Vantage Financial.

Over the course of the company's life we have forged strong partnerships and friendships with clients, vendors, and banks. We have an entrepreneurial spirit that rings throughout the company and we take great pride in our unmatched quality and service.

Today, we have established ourselves as a nationally recognized equipment leasing company with equipment leased in all 50 states. We are excited to see what our future holds as we continue to grow and implement innovative solutions to assist our clients and partners in strategically acquiring their technology.


Robert Murphy - CEO

Robert Murphy Headshot Bob has over 40 years of progressive executive management experience including over 21 years in the equipment leasing industry. Bob co-founded Fidelity National Capital, an independent equipment leasing company, in 1999, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winthrop Resources which he helped to lead to an IPO in 1992 and a subsequent sale of the company in 1997. Prior to his employment at Winthrop, Bob held sales and management positions at various technology companies including Santa Barbara Laboratories, Via Video, IPL Systems, Documation, and Memorex. William Foudray - Executive Vice President

William Foudray Headshot Bill has over 20 years of progressive financial services leadership experience while at Ford Motor Credit Company, Winthrop Resources Corporation, and Fidelity National Capital, Inc. Bill co-founded Fidelity National Capital, Inc. in 1999 with Bob Murphy and was instrumental in growing the company to over $275M in leased assets and one of the leading third party technology leasing companies. While at Fidelity, Bill served in numerous roles including Vice President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President. Marc Snover - SVP Operations

Marc Snover Headshot Marc is a Senior Vice President at Vantage Financial with responsibilities spanning across operations. Marc and his team are responsible for lease pricing and structure, financial risk mitigation, documentation, remarketing and other sales support functions. Marc has over 4 years of equipment leasing experience. He started his leasing career in the Equipment Finance division of TCF Bank, a $20Bn+ asset financial institution located in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to becoming a senior leasing executive, Marc spent nearly a decade in mergers and acquisitions and equity research. He began his career as a dealmaker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City and later as a founding member of Target Corporation’s Corporate Development group where he led a number of strategic acquisitions and growth projects for the organization. Ryan Danielson - SVP, South & West

Ryan has over 17 years in sales, finance and leadership experience during his time at Popp Communications, Niscayah (a Black and Decker Company) and Winthrop Resources Corporation. In 2006, Ryan became the National Director of Vendor Programs at Winthrop Resources Corporation, one of the largest technology finance and leasing companies in the United States. In 2011, he was hired by Vantage Financial to help ensure quick and strategic growth, where he is now the Senior Vice President of the South and West Regions. Ryan’s career is emphasized by his ability to create and grow strategic partnerships with banks, technology vendors and clients. Greg Cousins - SVP, East

Brian Bagley - SVP, Midwest

Brian Bagley HeadshotBrian started his career in the technology industry and served in a variety of finance and leadership positions at Comdisco and N’Compass Solutions. In 1999, he helped to start Enventis, a technology services company that grew from six founding employees to more than 75 employees and $65 million in revenue before being sold to Minnesota Power in Duluth. Brian joined Vantage Financial in 2014 and is responsible for sales leadership and business development for the Midwest Region. Colin Merrigan - VP Finance

Colin Merrigan Headshot Colin joined Vantage in 2015, after his time at a consulting firm in Minneapolis. He has been involved in various roles at Vantage and currently oversees Vantage’s Banking Relationships and Credit Department. Prior to this, Colin spent a year in the Benedictine Volunteer Corps, serving in Guatemala and Spain. Stacy Hoffman - Director of Sales Operations

Stacy Hoffman Headshot Stacy has over 20 years of service in the equipment leasing and financing industry while at TCF Equipment Finance, Fidelity National Capital, Inc., Winthrop Resources Corporation, and now Vantage Financial, LLC. She has been heavily involved with front-end operations teams serving both external and internal customers. Stacy’s experience includes client services, documentation management, leasing system upgrades, and company-wide process and procedure development. Jackie Jones - Director of Marketing

Jackie Jones Headshot

Jackie joined Vantage in 2018 to support and grow the company marketing initiatives. Her previous experience includes marketing campaigns and communications, event planning and various B2B initiatives with regional and national companies. In her current role, Jackie works closely with sales and leadership to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing resources, provide strategic communications and support the sales team in developing strong customer and vendor relationships.
