Bob has over 40 years of progressive executive management experience including over 21 years in the equipment leasing industry. Bob co-founded Fidelity National Capital, an independent equipment leasing company, in 1999, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at for Winthrop Resources which he helped to lead to an IPO in 1992 and a subsequent sale of the company in 1997. Prior to his employment at Winthrop, Bob held sales and management positions at various technology companies including Santa Barbara Laboratories, Via Video, IPL Systems, Documation, and Memorex. Bob has a Bachelor's degree from St. Peter's College in Jersey City, New Jersey.

William Foudray - Executive Vice President

Marc Snover - SVP Operations
Marc is a Senior Vice President at Vantage Financial with responsibilities spanning across operations. Marc and his team are responsible for lease pricing and structure, financial risk mitigation, documentation, remarketing and other sales support functions. Marc has over 4 years of equipment leasing experience. He started his leasing career in the Equipment Finance division of TCF Bank, a $20Bn+ asset financial institution located in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to becoming a senior leasing executive, Marc spent nearly a decade in mergers and acquisitions and equity research. He began his career as a dealmaker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City and later as a founding member of Target Corporation’s Corporate Development group where he led a number of strategic acquisitions and growth projects for the organization. Ultimately, Marc went on to co-found his own business prior to entering the world of equipment leasing.

Ryan Danielson - SVP, South & West
Ryan has over 17 years in sales, finance and leadership experience during his time at Popp Communications, Niscayah (a Black and Decker Company) and Winthrop Resources Corporation. In 2006, Ryan became the National Director of Vendor Programs at Winthrop Resources Corporation, one of the largest technology finance and leasing companies in the United States. Brian Bagley - SVP, Midwest
Brian started his career in the technology industry and served in a variety of finance and leadership positions at Comdisco and N’Compass Solutions. In 1999, he helped to start Enventis, a technology services company that grew from six founding employees to more than 75 employees and $65 million in revenue before being sold to Minnesota Power in Duluth. Brian joined Vantage Financial in 2014 and is responsible for sales leadership and business development for the Midwest Region.
